What are the Icons for?

Each icon represents a piece of equipment you may need for that particular video.  Most times equipment is not necessary. 

My Credit Card was declined, now what?

This is a probably a problem with the bank that issued you your card. Please contact your credit card company and let them know the purchased you would like to complete with CollageVideo.TV is valid. You can also consider using the PayPal checkout option or try a different credit card. 

How do I purchase a subscription?

CollageVideo.TV subscriptions give you unlimited 24/7 access to stream every video currently in our library catalog based on the subscription package you choose.  This means you have unlimited access to CollageVideo.TV videos that are included in the subscription package you choose for a monthly or yearly fee or price.  The number of videos included in any subscription package my vary as we may add or remove videos.  

What are the FREE TRIAL details?

Joining our Free Trial allows you access to our website for a limited time without being charged a fee.  Free trial lengths may vary but once the trial expires your account will change into a full subscription member and you will be billed  at the subscription price you originally signed up for in your free trial period.  This will happen automatically, and you do not need to contact us to subscribe after signing up for the Free Trial.  Please note, CollageVideo.TV does not offer refunds for any unused part of the month you may have if you decide to cancel your subscription prior to the month ending.  To avoid being charged you must cancel your Free Trial subscription prior to the trial period expiring. 

How much content can I watch with my subscription?

Watch as much as you want, as often as you want.  Your subscription level will not change based on your usage.

How do I update my credit card you have on file?

Changing your credit card payment information is easy to do.  Just sign into our site using your password and user information, then click on the Dashboard Tab on the top right, and then click on Billing.  From there you can change your credit card information.

What was my password?  I can’t remember…now what?

No problem.  On the top right of the homepage attempt to sign into your account.  When at the sign in page, click “forgot password”.  Enter the email address you used when you set up your account and we will send you instructions to that email address on how to change your current password.  If you don’t get an email from us within ten minutes, check your spam filter to see if your system accidently forwarded our email to your spam folder.  You can also email us at and we will assist you if the above does not work for you.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by signing into CollageVideo.TV and select the Password option in the Dashboard menu.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Not that you would ever want to cancel getting access to CollageVideo.TV, however if needed, the process is easy.  Simply sign into your account and choose Billing, Change Plan, Cancel Membership.  It’s that simple. We guarantee, if it's not that simple call our customer service desk and they will give you a free month membership with the purchase of a month membership.  Ask our customer service representative for more details.  You will still have access to your account for the time left that you already paid for, however we will not bill you for future months.  If you decide you’ve changed your mind and don’t want to cancel your membership sign back in, go to your Dashboard and choose the Subscription Option again.

How do I mark my favorite programs to view later?

After clicking on the video you want to see, on the bottom left side of the video player you will see a Heart with “Add to Favorites” next to it.  Click that Hart and that video will show up under the “Favorites” category of the catalog on the very top, personalized by you.  Clicking the Heart again deletes the title from your “Favorites” category.

Can I get a refund?

Although you can cancel at any time, subscriptions are non-refundable.  If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to our website for the remainder of the month or time that you have already paid for.  After that you will not be charged anything further and you will not have access to our website.

Video is not loading or is not playing back well, what is up?

There are a lot of reasons a video may not play back well including your computer or device, your internet browser, your internet connection and others.  If everything was playing well and suddenly it is not, it’s probably your internet service provider and this should clear up shortly.  Check your wireless connection if you are operating on a wireless system.  You may want to reboot your router or modem or try refreshing your browser.  If you are sure your internet is working properly then the easiest fix is always to try a different internet browser like Google Chrome, FireFox or Internet Explorer.  You may also want to make sure that your service provider supports secure video playbacks.

When do I know you have posted new videos?

We put all new videos in the New and Recently Added Category in our video menu.  This Category is always listed on the top to insure you see and browse it!  You’ll always find new videos there so check it often.

My login information from CollageVideo.COM doesn’t work for CollageVideo.TV how come?

Since buying a subscription on CollageVideo.TV offers instant streaming of hundreds of programs and CollageVideo.Com sells DVDs only, our websites have to operate independent of each other.  You can however use the same login information for both sites if you signed up for your subscription using the same log in and password that you have for

Can I buy a DVD version of these programs?

Yes, many of our programs are available on DVD.  You can purchase them and others at our DVD website, 

How can I Chromecast on my TV?

You can use Chromecast to watch your videos on your TV by casting from your laptop, tablet, or phone.

To watch videos by using Chromecast:

-Make sure Chromecast is set up on your TV

-Make sure your laptop or device is logged on to the same WiFi network as your TV

-Open the video on your laptop or device and click on the Chromecast icon.

-In the pop-up that appears, select the desired TV and cast.
